Cedar Rail Campground Reservation Information

Reservation Methods:

Site Regulations:

Each site is permitted one trailer. In addition, a dining tent and a small child’s tent are allowed, if desired.
No additional tents are permitted beyond these allowances.
Group sites and sites 151-155 must be booked through the office.

Deposit Requirements:

A deposit equal to one night’s stay + HST is required for all phone or email reservations at the time of booking.
Payment Options:
- E-transfer: Send to [email protected] with your reservation name, dates, and confirmation number.
- Credit Card: Call the office directly to provide your credit card details. (Please do not leave credit card information on voicemail or in email.)
All reservations (including group sites) must be fully paid, including deposit, at least 30 days in advance to avoid cancellation.
For online bookings, payment is required in full at the time of reservation.

Check-In Procedures:

Check-in must be completed during office hours.
If you plan to arrive after office hours, please contact the office prior to check-in to make alternative arrangements.

Liability Waivers:

All adults and visitors must sign a liability waiver upon entry. This waiver also covers minors.
If you are bringing a golf cart, a separate golf cart waiver must be signed.

Cancellation Policy:

Up to 14 days prior to check-in: Cancel without penalty, except for a $10.00 online reservation fee (if applicable). Any other deposits will be refunded in full.
Within 14 days of check-in: A cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay (deposit amount) will be charged.
Within 48 hours of check-in: No refunds will be issued.

Most sites are reservable online starting April 1st, 2025, at noon. Please note there is a $10.00 Reservation fee and fees are paid upon booking.
