Reservations

Check in for campsites is 1:00 pm. Check in for cottages is 3:00 pm. Check out is 11:00 am.
Please note that you are allowed one trailer per site - a dining tent is allowed on your site along with a SMALL child's tent if desired. NO OTHER EXTRA TENTS ARE ALLOWED.
A deposit equal to one night's stay will be required for all bookings by phone or email at the time of reservation. Deposits can be made by e-transfer to camp@cedarrailcamp.com, or if e-transfer is not available, by calling in your credit card number (please do not leave your credit card information on voice mail or in an email). If paying by e-transfer - please ensure the name on the reservation is listed, along with the dates of reservation or confirmation number. All sites (including group sites) must be allocated and have deposit paid at least 30 days in advance or the reservation is cancelled. For online bookings, all fees are paid at time of booking.
You must check in during office hours. If you are checking in late, please make arrangements with the office prior to check in.
Note that a liability waiver will be required to be signed by all adults and visitors and on behalf of all minors entering the premises. If a golf cart is being brought on the premise, a golf cart waiver must be signed as well.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancelling a site can be done up to 14 days prior to check in without any fee except the $10.00 online reservation fee, if the reservation was done online. Any other deposit will be refunded in full. Within 14 days of check in, a cancellation charge equal to one night's stay (which is the deposit) will be applied. Within 48 hours of check in, no refund of any kind is issued.
Online Reservations
Most sites are reservable online starting April 1st, 2025 @ noon. Please note there is a $10.00 Reservation fee and fees are paid upon booking.
Group sites and sites 151-155 must be booked through the office.
